To become a Special Agent, complete the free I.C.E. Guy® Special Agent Workbook (downloadable PDF) to learn how to respond to seven common emergency situations and actions:

• What to do when approached by a stranger
• What to do when seeing fire or smelling smoke
• When to call and not to call 911
• What to do when encountering an overflowing toilet, sink or tub
• What to do when someone gets hurt
• How to respond when asked for personal information
• What to do when you become lost

How you will respond is dependent on many variables, so you should work with your parents to figure out the answers.  Once you finish you can order the ICE Guy Special Agent badge.  You can also order the I.C.E. Guy Special Agent Workbook and Badge Package as a gift for someone you know.
